Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Jexorium Network ("Jexorium Network," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or engage our consulting services. We are a telecommunications network consultancy located at 425 S Cherry St, Denver, CO 80246, United States. We take the confidentiality of information seriously — it is the same discipline we bring to our clients' network data — and we have written this policy to be read, not skimmed.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to personal information we collect through this website, through direct correspondence with us by email or telephone, and in the course of scoping and delivering consulting engagements. It does not apply to the practices of third-party websites that may be referenced on our site, and it does not replace any data processing terms agreed in a specific client contract, which will control for information processed under that contract.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit an inquiry through our contact form or otherwise correspond with us, we collect the information you choose to provide, which typically includes your full name, work email address, company name, telephone number, and a description of your project or infrastructure. If we enter into an engagement, we may additionally collect billing details, the names and contact details of project participants, and business information necessary to perform the work.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system information, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the referring page. This information is used in aggregate to keep the website secure and functioning and to understand, in broad terms, how the site is used.
Client engagement information. In the course of an engagement we may process technical information about a client's network environment, such as topology data, configuration exports, utilization statistics, and audit findings. This information is business data belonging to our clients. Where it incidentally contains personal information (for example, administrator names in configuration files), we treat it under the confidentiality terms of the engagement and this policy.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information such as health data, biometric data, or precise geolocation, and we ask that you do not submit such information through our website.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to: respond to inquiries and provide requested information about our services; scope, negotiate, deliver, and administer consulting engagements; issue invoices, process payments, and maintain accounting records; operate, secure, and improve this website; communicate service-related notices, such as changes to an engagement or to our policies; comply with legal obligations, including tax and record-keeping requirements; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell personal information.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where laws such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation apply, we process personal information on the following bases: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract (for example, responding to a project inquiry); our legitimate interests in operating and securing our website and in marketing our services to business contacts, balanced against your rights; compliance with legal obligations; and, where we ask for it, your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
5. How We Share Information
We share personal information only as follows: with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, email, document management, and accounting, under contracts that restrict their use of the information; with professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, and insurers, where necessary; with subcontractors engaged on a specific client project, bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as our own; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy; and with courts, regulators, or law enforcement where we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or property. We do not share, rent, or sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies necessary for the site to function and to maintain basic security. The e-commerce platform on which this site is hosted may set certain functional cookies as part of its standard operation. We do not operate third-party advertising cookies on this site. Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings, including deleting existing cookies and blocking new ones; doing so may affect some site functionality.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy. As a general rule: inquiry records that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months and then deleted; engagement and contract records, including related correspondence, are retained for seven (7) years after the end of the engagement, consistent with legal, accounting, and professional obligations; and technical website logs are retained for up to twelve (12) months. When retention periods expire, information is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
8. Data Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. These include access controls based on the principle of least privilege, encryption of data in transit, segregation of client engagement materials, and internal handling standards derived from our own security consulting practice. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to the information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information, a portable copy of information you provided, restriction of or objection to certain processing, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Residents of Colorado and certain other US states have comparable rights under state privacy laws, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and sales of personal data; as stated above, we engage in neither. To exercise any right, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
10. International Transfers
We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under the age of sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
This website may reference third-party standards bodies, publications, or resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and this policy does not apply to their sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention, such as a notice on this website. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
